A 5-Day Gorilla Trek & Nature Adventure

Get ready for an early start and meet up with the rest of the group for a briefing from the ranger guide. Grab your packed lunch, a walking stick, and a porter if you've got one, then head into the dense forest to start your trek. Plan for the trek to last anywhere from 3 to 8 hours.

Listen closely to the guide's instructions and try to keep quiet when you're near the amazing gorillas. You'll only get to spend 1 hour with them, so make the most of it. It'll be tough to say goodbye, but you'll have some awesome memories to take with you.

Remember to leave no trace behind except for your footprints, and only take photos and memories. The trek may be challenging, but it's totally worth it. Afterward, head back to Haven lodge(or similar) to unwind and relax for the evening

After enjoying a delicious breakfast, it's time to bid farewell to the Gorilla sanctuary and head to Lake Bunyonyi. This beautiful destination is a paradise for bird watchers, with a wide variety of birds to admire. The scenery is also breathtaking, with stunning views of the water, hills, forests, and islands

Once you arrive, you can choose to explore the lake's calm waters by canoe or take a leisurely stroll along its shores, soaking in the serenity. As the day unfolds, retreat to your chosen accommodation, where warm hospitality and delicious cuisine await.

Rise with anticipation for another day of adventure as you enjoy a hearty breakfast. Embark on a scenic drive to Lake Mburo National Park, where wildlife roams freely against a backdrop of breathtaking landscapes. Keep your eyes peeled for impalas, zebras, and buffaloes as you go on an exciting game drive through the park. Capture the beauty of the Kigezi Highlands with each passing mile. As the sun sets, unwind with a delectable dinner and relive the day's adventures under the starlit sky.

Start your day off right with a relaxing breakfast before setting off on a scenic boat cruise along Lake Mburo. Take in the breathtaking sights of nature's wonders one last time. Keep your eyes peeled for wildlife like hippos, crocodiles, buffaloes, and a variety of birds. You'll even have the chance to explore smaller lakes such as Bwa and Kazuma.
