Day 1 WELCOME TO NAIROBI

As your plane touches down, the excitement of a Kenyan safari awaits! Our friendly team is ready to welcome you at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. Relax and rejuvenate at the luxurious Four Points Sheraton Nairobi, easing into the rhythm of your Kenyan safari

Day 2-4 SOAR TO SAMBURU NATIONAL PARK

Get ready for an exciting adventure as we take off from Nairobi and head to Samburu National Park. Once we arrive, you'll be able to relax and unwind at either Elephant Bedroom Camp or Saruni Samburu, both surrounded by breathtaking views. Take in the beauty of the Ewaso Nyiro River, which attracts a wide variety of wildlife. Keep your eyes peeled for the Samburu Big 5 and over 400 species of birds. Besides spotting wildlife during the game drives, you can also catch a glimpse of animals right from your own private deck. If you're feeling adventurous, go on a thrilling elephant-tracking safari on foot or immerse yourself in the local Samburu culture with a village visit.

Day 5-7 DIVE INTO THE GREATER MASAI MARA

Bid farewell to Samburu and catch a flight to the iconic Masai Mara National Reserve. Upon arrival at your luxurious camp, such as Entim Mara, be prepared to bask in the breathtaking views of the Mara River. Get excited for some incredible game drives across the expansive grasslands, and revel in the excitement of spotting the Big 5 and a variety of other wildlife. You'll encounter the highest concentration of lions in Kenya, along with elusive leopards and swift cheetahs. Indulge in a refreshing bush breakfast or a magical sundowner while admiring the stunning African landscape. And don't forget to visit the local Maasai community to immerse yourself in their vibrant traditions.

Day 8 FAREWELL, KENYA - UNTIL NEXT TIME

Enjoy a delicious breakfast before bidding farewell to the Masai Mara and boarding your flight back to Nairobi. Upon arrival at Wilson Airport, our Ona Africa driver will be there to greet you and take you to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, marking the end of your safari. Take a moment to reflect on the incredible memories as you check in for your flight home.

Elephant Bedroom Camp offers luxury in a setting of breath taking beauty. It is set along the banks of the Ewaso Nyiro River and shaded by Doum palms and other trees that make up this green belt of riverine forest in Samburu National Reserve.

Entim is designed to give you the friendliest, most intimate, luxury safari camp experience and the best wildlife safari in the Masai Mara. Our prime location along the Mara River is unrivalled for seeing and photographing animals all year around, but particularly to observe the greatest wildlife show on earth; over a million wildebeest, zebra and antelopes migrating from the Serengeti into the Masai Mara (July-October).Embalakai Camp has 13 spacious tents which can be set up for single, double, triple or family occupancy. We can host groups of up to 30 persons and have netted bedding available for babies (on request). Our rooms are set up to provide the ultimate comfort for our clients.

The word ‘tent’ doesn’t really do justice to the 12 new luxury en-suite guest rooms raised on wooden decks overlooking the Mara River. Handsomely decorated using earthy tones, there’s a seamless flow from inside to outside and down to the river.
